I don't know, my warrior uses Endure Pain quite often. I really like the skill.

Also, using Echo on EP or Sig of Stamina isn't to stack their effects, it would be to use them one after another and extend their effects... Having two Monks both hit you with Prot Spirit won't reduce damage you take to 1% of your max HP, either... srsly...
